This cancellation policy applies to all tours and services booked through DREVICA WORLDWIDE PVT LTD ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Cancellation by the Client 
   

1.1. Cancellation Period:

1.1.1 Full Refund: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.

1.1.2 Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 days and 14 days before the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a partial refund, minus a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made between 2 days and 6 days before the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a partial refund, minus a 80% cancellation fee.

1.1.3 No Refund: Cancellations made within 1 days of the scheduled tour date will not be eligible for a refund.

1.2. Refund Process:

1.2.1 Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.

1.2.2 Processing Time: Please allow maximum 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

2. Cancellation by DREVICA WORLDWIDE PVT LTD

2.1. Tour Changes:

2.1.1 Modification: We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient bookings.

2.1.2 Alternatives: In the event of a tour cancellation by DREVICA WORLDWIDE PVT LTD ,clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. No-shows

3.1. Definition:

3.1.1 No-show: Clients who do not show up for the scheduled tour without prior notice will be considered no-shows.

3.2. No-show Policy:

3.2.1 No Refund: No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

4. Booking Modifications

4.1. Modification Requests:

4.1.1 Subject to Availability: Requests for modifications to tour dates or other details are subject to availability.

5. Refund Exceptions
